Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return or alteration request within 14 days of receiving your package.
Submit Documentation
Upload clear photographs of the garment being worn from the front, back, and side to help our master tailors identify any fit issues.
Expert Review
Our design team will review your case within 48 hours to determine if the item requires a local alteration credit or a full factory remake.
Secure Shipment
Once authorized, carefully package your garment and ship it back to our studio using a tracked courier service to finalize your exchange or refund.
